Approached by a short gentle climb through plantations in Bophut this newly completed villa is entered through large wooden gates and has a wall surrounding the whole property providing security and privacy.
On entering through the front door you are immediately captivated by the azure colours of the infinity edge swimming pool and the stunning backdrop of a carpet of green palms, the Gulf of Siam and the neighbouring island of Koh Phangnan beyond
Glass doors then open into the open plan living room with a lounge area on one side furnished with a sofa suite, coffee table and occasional furniture and for your entertainment there is a 42" plasma TV with satellite channels a DVD and surround sound. There is also wifi internet access throughout the villa.
Separate from the lounge there is a fully equipped western style kitchen including an oven, hob fridge freezer, microwave and everything you need should you prefer to prepare your own meals.
The dining area is furnished with a dining table and seating for 8 persons and from the whole of the living area there are sea views.
Patio doors lead out to the pool deck allowing cool breezes to flow through the living area and this is complimented by ceiling fans.
The spacious pool deck furnished with cushioned teak sun loungers provides a perfect place to relax, take in the sun and enjoy the stunning views and sunshine. The 9m swimming pool has an infinity edge with a feature waterfall effect tumbling into the gardens.
The pool area is flanked by 2 of the double bedrooms with king sized beds both have sliding doors on their own terrace enjoying the garden and sea views and have attractive décor using thai silk soft furnishings and local thai art wall hangings. The ensuite bathrooms have a feature bali style outdoor bathing area with oversized rain head showers.
Steps lead down at the side of the pool to the garden level where there are 2 further double bedrooms with king sized beds and en suite shower rooms (one with outside shower) and sliding doors lead out to the garden area.
All bedrooms have a TV/DVD player and are air conditioned, have ceiling fans and stunning sea views
The garden is a feature in itself gently sloping in front of the house and is immaculately kept mostly of lawn and tropical plants. A cool sala sits in the garden which has a patio table and chairs and an ideal place to sit comfortably and enjoy the views whilst sipping cocktails.
