Baan Asan is a fantastic beachfront luxury Koh Samui villa located on the beautiful west coast of Koh Samui facing a world class sunset over the National Marine Park which is a spectacle in itself.

The Property is an example of extremely modern architectural features and furnishings blended with just the right amount of Asian touches to create an interesting and stylish villa.
The villa is surrounded by high walls for privacy and entered via heavy wooden gates and across a courtyard with the accommodation spread over 5 pavilions with the infinity edge 20m lap pool in the centre of them all.

This luxurious villa is very child friendly having their own section of the swimming pool at one end and grass areas either side of the pool and leading down to the beach. On the edge of the beach comfortable sofas under a sala provide the perfect shaded place to dine, read or simply relax and take in the views of the beach and the ocean

The 5 pavilions are all designed to have sea views with 2 bedroom suites located on both sides of the swimming pool and the master bedroom is in a prime position for stunning views on the top floor above the living areas. The swimming pool has a sundeck to one side furnished with contemporay style sunloungers and coloured parasols

Each of the 4 bedroom suites are set in their own pavilions and exhibit the depth of thought that's gone into this villa. Each has a private terrace with sun loungers, a comfortable lounge area with wall mounted LCD TV's and DVD and steps leading up to the king size bed. There is also a separate dressing area and an exquisite en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, twin basins and luxurious sunken terrazzo bathtub. The first two pavilions on either side of the pool have an additional feature which makes them perfect for families. Both have a separate children's room complete with two bunk-beds and a private en-suite shower room. These rooms can be entered through the main bedroom or via a separate entrance from the poolside area. This is an extremely practical solution for visitors with children of all ages.

Each of these four bedroom suites has been stylishly themed in a different colour, with green, red, brown and blue being used to represent the Chinese elements of Earth, Fire, Wood and Water.

The living pavilion is majestic in itself and quite striking as you enter with the white walls and charcoal coloured floor edged in the front by a huge wall of glass with a picture perfect view through down along the pool and out to the ocean. Sliding doors forming the glass walls open out on to a covered terrace stretching the whole width of the pavilion with steps leading down either side of a water feature to the pool and garden. The open plan living room is vast with a vaulted ceiling from which futuristic lights and fans hang and a collection of eye-catching furniture and accessories are positioned to define the living and dining spaces of this extraordinary room.
At the rear is a fully-equipped European style guest kitchen, with an adjacent Thai style kitchen used by the staff for preparing guest meals. A guest bathroom and separate air-conditioned dedicated TV lounge with satellite LCD TV/DVD are also located to the rear of the living room, near the main entrance.
A feature of this living room is an incredible floating staircase which magically leads you up to the galleried next level. The walkway at the top has views through the tall glass walls over and out of the living area to the ocean.
On this mezzanine level there's a glass fronted, well equipped gym with private shower room cleverly laid out to ensure that even when you're working out you get to enjoy the astonishing views. A bridge takes you over the entrance hallway and into a library and office space. Contemporary chairs provide an ideal environment to enjoy one of the available books.
From this level a further staircase takes you up to the breathtaking master bedroom suite, taking up the whole width of the pavilion and sliding doors open out to a balcony with the stunning ocean views. This amazing master bedroom suite comprises of a king size bed, dressing room and along a passageway a sophisticated lounge area with comfortable seating with high end audio/visual equipment of LCD TV and DVD player. A door also leads of the passageway into a fitted kitchenette.
In terms of layout you can see that practicality and functionality have been high on the list of priorities, making this an ideal place to stay for groups of friends, couples and families.
The whole property is fitted with the latest mood-lighting technology and audio/visual equipment, and there's an electronic security system with CCTV to back up the night security guard.
Baan Asan can accommodate up to 10 adults and 4 children comfortably and the rates include the services of a full time thai chef so all you need to do is enjoy a perfect relaxing holiday in privacy with friends and family in a stunning beachfront location

•  The resident villa staff will ensure the villa is kept clean and tidy while the Villa Manager is available to cater to all Guests specific needs and help organise activities, massage and spa treatment as well as communication with the Thai chef and dealing with any matter arising at the villa
•  Our Guest Relations & Concierge team will visit guests during their stay (usually the day after check in) to further help ensuring guests have a pleasant stay or address any matters arising at the villa
•  Bed linen is changed every third day
•  Pool & Bath Towels are provided and changed as necessary. We do appreciate our guests help to conserve water usage and thus sustaining our pristine island environment
