The minimum rental period for a private villa is normally 3 nights, although certain villas may require a longer booking.

We feel we have covered most of the expenses you would expect relative to renting a villa in the rates section however should there be a telephone line in the villa international telephone calls and faxes would be charged in addition to any other services that you have asked for, and for pre-requested groceries and special items.

Laundry facilities are normally available within the villa or as part of the maid service, however, if this is not the case information on a nearby service for a very small fee, will be provided to you.

Very much so, a large majority of Thai people adore children. In your villa, in restaurants, and wherever you go, there will always be someone to take care of them. Many of our features holiday villas include an on-site babysitter to take care of your children should you want to go off on an all day tour etc.

There are 2 Superstores on Koh Samui – Tesco Lotus and Big C and together with other smaller supermarkets you can buy anything you need for children including imported baby food.
